Nadine Fakhoury, executive coach and founder of Insight Coaching Solutions, helps leaders navigate the complexities of today’s workplace. A former corporate executive herself, Nadine brings a rare combination of senior leadership experience and strategic business insight, offering clients the advantage of working with someone who deeply understands the nuances of today’s corporate environments. Prior to coaching, Nadine spent more than two decades in the corporate world. Most recently, Nadine served as a Vice President at Cisco, where she led a global team of 350 direct and 250 indirect professionals with responsibility for $8B in annual revenue. In this role, she was responsible for setting vision, shaping strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences across a highly matrixed organization. Her work spanned serving clients in healthcare, professional services, technology, retail, financial services, and nonprofit sectors, where she partnered with client leaders to shape strategies that improved customer and employee experiences while delivering meaningful business outcomes. These collaborations gave her a deep understanding of the critical decisions leaders face across various industries.

Over the course of her career, Nadine  built and scaled high-performing teams, led global initiatives, and mentored emerging leaders. As the only female Vice President in a 7,000-person global organization and a first-generation immigrant, she brings a strong appreciation for cultural diversity, resilience, and authenticity in leadership.

Nadine holds an MBA from Duke University, an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. She recently served on the board of an education-focused nonprofit supporting children and families in her local community.

Based in San Francisco, Nadine enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two children.
