Interview with Nadine
Before the cohort begins, Nadine meets individually with each participant. You'll discuss your goals, your challenges, and what you most want to get out of the program. This shapes the agenda from day one.
Kickoff & Goal Setting
The cohort comes together for the first time to establish collective goals, set group norms, and align on the topics that matter most. From the first session, this is your room.
10 Bi-Weekly Live Sessions — 90 minutes each
Over six months, the cohort meets every two weeks for facilitated coaching sessions. Sessions alternate between structured teaching and open forum — always driven by the most pressing challenges you're facing right now. Recordings are provided after each session.
1:1 Coaching with Nadine — Premium option
For participants who want deeper, personalized support, a limited number of spots include private coaching sessions with Nadine scheduled directly during the program — customized entirely to your goals.
Closing Session
The final session honors the six months you've built together — the growth, the shifts, the hard conversations. You'll leave with clarity on where you're headed next and the peers to go there with.
