Nadine Fakhoury is an Executive Coach and Advisor, based in San Francisco. She spent two decades in Tech, primarly leading technical teams. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Solutions Engineering at Cisco, where she led a global team of 600 professionals with responsibility for $8B in annual revenue. As a first-generation immigrant who rose to the top of a male-dominated field, she brings hard-earned insights to every conversation.

Interview with Nadine
Before the cohort begins, Nadine meets individually with each participant. You'll discuss your goals, your challenges, and what you most want to get out of the program. She will use this to shape the agenda.
Kickoff & Goal Setting
The cohort comes together for the first time to get to know each other, establish collective goals, set group norms, and align on the topics that matter most.
10 Bi-Weekly Live Sessions — TUESDAYS 10:30-noon PT / 1:30-3:00pm ET
Over six months, the cohort meets every two weeks for facilitated coaching and peer advisory. Live meetings will alternate between structured teaching and open forum — always driven by the most pressing challenges you're facing right now. Recordings are provided after each session.
1:1 Coaching with Nadine — Premium option
For participants who want deeper, personalized support, a limited number of spots include private coaching with Nadine. Coaching meetings will be scheduled during the program and customized entirely to your goals.
Closing Session
The final meeting honors the time we've spent together. You will reflect on your growth, learnings and your shifts. You'll leave with clarity on where you're headed next and the peers to go there with.
